Presentation Types

  • Oral presentations (~15 min)
  • Poster presentations

The exact duration and format of the presentations will be announced when we notify you of the outcome of your submission. The above time limit may change.

Submission Requirements

  • Title
  • Preferred type of presentation (oral or poster presentation)
  • Full authors list and affiliations and the presenter author’s email
  • Abstract text (max 300 words) - explain the topic of your presentation/poster, and describe why the material, research, practice, or policy is important to the field
  • Indicate which of the themes [link to web page with more info on the themes] the presentation fits under

Please follow strictly all the formatting requirements stated in the instruction for each section.

  • Regular registration deadline: 23 July 2026*

* You must also register as an In-person Delegate before the regular registration closes, otherwise your submission will be withdrawn.

Please read carefully.
Please enter all authors and their affiliations using numbered references. List authors first, separated by commas. For each author, write the full first and last name (abbreviate middle names) followed by a superscript number that corresponds to their affiliation.
